The following is a great documentary by Tanaz Eshaghian that examines what it is to be trans gender in post colonial Iran. To many westerners Iran is a closed society and we are often subject to rhetorical propaganda reports that give little illumination on what it is to an Iranian. Not only does this video give us a unique perspective on the citizenry, it focuses on a group of people that are seldom reported on.
