A lot of black women are having unprotected sex which will lead to higher rates of std's ,aids, and unplanned pregnancies. If more attention was placed on sex education, birth control the rate of abortions would come down because less women would be getting pregnant until they are ready to have a family.<BR/><BR/>"Blacks are subject to systemic racism, high rates of poverty and high rates of imprisonment.
